Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

Some merchandise may be available for sale to the public, therefore customers can checkout as guests or set up an account. If you choose to set up an account, it will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, you will need to login to your company account. If you do not have an account, you will need to register for one using your business email address. Your account ensures your personal details including delivery address are stored securely. Once logged in you will be able to view and search for products and place an order.

Do you have a product in stock?

Please refer to individual products within the store for stock availability.

What payment options do you offer?

We support different payment options including:

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at check out.

How do I know if my order is successful?

As soon as we receive your order, you will receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ email.

How do I return an item?

Your order number is required to return, refund, or exchange an item. Items must be received in original condition, unsoiled, and unworn. Learn more about our Returns Policy.

Will I be refunded the freight charge?

Freight will not be refunded for goods returned, changed, or re-ordered.

How will I be refunded?

Your refund will be issued using your original payment method. For items purchased online with buy now, pay later service providers, a refund will be processed and your buy now, pay later service provider will be advised. Your payment plan will be adjusted to reflect the new total order value.

When will I receive my refund?

Depending on your bank, it can take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

I have received the wrong item?

If you are sent an incorrect item, please contact us at online@boostpromotions.co.nz and we will arrange a return courier label to be emailed through for you to return the incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional charge.

I have received a faulty item?

Our Quality Control team inspects every order to ensure that the products you receive meet our high-quality standards. However, if you do receive an order which is faulty, please call us within 30 days to arrange a replacement or refund. See Learn more about our Returns Policy.

Can I cancel my order after I have clicked “Submit”?

Orders may be cancelled by calling us. If your order has already dispatched, freight charges are still payable, but product charges will be refunded if products are returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days.

What if my order has not arrived after 48 hours?

Your Dispatch Confirmation advice contains a tracking number so that you can track the status of your delivery at any stage.

How do I know if my order is on its way?

When we have dispatched your order we will email you a Dispatch Confirmation advice and a tracking link to track your order in progress.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

New Zealand Deliveries  

Delivery is 24-48 hours from order placement. Orders received before 2.00pm are dispatched same day. Orders received after 2.00pm are dispatched next business day.

International Deliveries  

International Couriers can take up to 14 working days. However, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by third party carrier issues outside of our control.

Can I use a PO Box for delivery?

We can deliver to PO Boxes using NZ Couriers.

How much is shipping?

Freight cost varies based on volume and destination; however, goods will be sent by the most cost-effective means.
